You could easily find safe, good quality food just outside the restaurant , a blessing for travellers. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff members are professional and well, trained. Apart from the great services, this hotel also stimulates eco, friendly measures such as water dispensers in the hallway. their cakes are simply irresistible.

Very convenient location near the biggest mall in the city and the airport road. The hotel had excellent transportation facilities, and I had no trouble getting around. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with prompt service. The rooms were spacious and immaculate with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

check in is very slow, consume about half an hour, the staff dont look that they're familiar with Booked.net, i book for deluxe twin room with breakfast, but the staff give me a king size room and no breakfast, water shower to slow, and have to take much more time to bath/shower. parking/check in staff not friendly, hope they can get a training to improve the service

Spent Christmas in a hotel recently and it was a great experience. The staffs were really friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, we were able to easily access the nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast spread was awesome, they had a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the city.

The lack of parking space available for guests. We had to park quite far from the entrance and had difficulty finding our way back to the hotel.
